If you wish to contact the school Nursing Service, you can either phone or e-mail. If you phone 0300 123 6629 you will be connected to Solent NHS Trust who will be able to direct you to the School Nursing Service. Alternatively you could email them at: (e-mail) [email protected]

You can also make contact with the Health Related Absence Nurse by talking with one of the LaPS team and / or leaving a message with the front office. When you meet with her, you can talk to her in total confidence about any health issues your child may have.  If you would like to make an appointment to see her, please do so through the school office.
