Young Creatives
Yellow Edge Gallery are currently hosting the Young Creatives exhibition. As part of the project, 14 children from Key Stage 2 had their work displayed along with children from a number of other local schools.
On Tuesday 6th June, the children visited Yellow Edge to explore the exhibition and meet with local artist Michael Moore. Michael talked about his work along with sharing the process and techniques that he uses when creating a painting.
The children then got to take part in a sketching workshop with Michael.
Well done to all the children for their amazing attitude and enthusiasm, they have done Flying Bull proud!
If you would like to visit the gallery yourself, the exhibition is open 10-4 daily until 11th June. There is also a special evening opening 4.30-7 on Thursday 7th June. (see attached flyer)
