Flying Bull

Selfie Station at Ports Fest

As part of Ports Fest, Flying Bull have created their very own Selfie Station. This weekend there is a trail of stations, located in Southsea, where you can stop and take some photos along the way. Each station is created by a Portsmouth School and our very own masterpiece can be found inside The Kings Theatre.

7 children from Year 6 were selected to help design and create their own station. Along with the Year 6 team, they also had the help of artist Pauline McNamara from 'A Twist of Creativity' who visited and taught them how to stencil lettering. They used this new skill to stencil our school values onto our entry.

We are pretty impressed with the final piece and would love to see photos of some of our children if you decide to visit and explore the trail for yourself!

Ports Fest is taking place in Southsea from 30th June to 3rd July and the Selfie Trail is a free event. The Selfie Station is based at The Kings Theatre in Southsea. You can see it and take a picture from 5:30pm on Saturday and 6pm on Sunday.

A massive shout out to the Year 6 Team and Mr Patterson from the site team - we couldn't have done it without you!
