After completing their Bronze Modeshift Stars Award in the last academic year, our JRSOs have been working hard to achieve their next award ever since.

This year, the JRSOs have taken part in a number of initiatives to help promote road safety across our academy. As well as updating their notice board, the JRSOs successfully ran the Pompey Monsters Walk to School Week which also included them writing and delivering a whole school assembly. They have also worked alongside Portsmouth City Council's Enforcement Officers, as well as having planned and delivered a road safety morning for the whole of Year 1. 

As a result of all of their hard work, the JRSOs have now been awarded their Bronze Portsmouth Smart Steps Award and have even started working towards their Silver! They have lots of exciting plans for next year so watch this space!!
