In the group stage they were unbeaten, winning one game and were very unlucky to only draw the other two games. All of the boys put in a good shift for the team on a hot day. These results were good enough to progress to the semi-final.

During the semi-final they took an early lead but were unable to stay ahead eventually losing 2-1 to the team that won the tournament. They hit the post twice in this game and hit the woodwork 5 times throughout the day. They picked themselves up for the 3^rd place play off (which is not an easy thing to do) winning 2-0.
