There is a reason these five children are grinning from ear to ear. They had the great idea of selling healthy fruit snacks in the playground at breaktime in the last week of term.

They carried out surveys of the children to find out which fruit would be the most popular, they decided on cost and on how many items to order and presented their ideas to Mr Hewett-Dale.

The result is that many of our children chose to bring in some small change to enjoy a piece of fruit at breaktime and the project earned themselves a profit of over £42.00. The children are going to use this money to buy some more fruit to continue the project after Easter as it was such a success.
