Dear All

I have been receiving a lot of requests recently for assistance in helping children learn to cycle so thought I would put a letter together to go to all parents and carers. (The letter is attached below)

This will be particularly useful around Christmas time as bikes may be bought and also due to the cuts in our Bikeability funding meaning that we have to focus more on riders than non-riders.
