Last week we celebrated Insect Week at FBA. This is a National celebration and aims to encourage people of all ages to learn more about insects and appreciate their importance. 

Children from Nursery to Year 6 took part in activities, including learning about insects, designing their own insects, a minibeast hunt, art activities, snail racing, quizzes and a fun fact trail. 

To finish our celebration we had a visit from Bugfest. Children were able to look closely at and handle some exotic bugs as well as learn about them. We hope you enjoy looking at the photos.
