Parents were invited in with a record 15+ parents coming to share in their child's learning (and to get their hands a bit muddy). The children were incredible across the two days: electing Project Managers, organising themselves into teams before heading outside to build. The children worked so well together, communicating their design ideas and working as a team to create their finished project. Once all teams were happy with the formation the year 6's were able to test the river and share their learning with Y5. It has been an amazing day and all the Y5/6 team would like to say an extra special thanks to the adults who came to share in the learning with the children. 

Information will be coming out about our Circulatory Day where parents will be invited to participate in our learning on the heart and join the children in dissecting hearts to develop their understanding of how it is formed.
