On Wednesday of this week, 14 Year 6 children were invited to the International Fuzion Tennis championships being held at the Canoe Lake Tennis Centre.

The children were lucky enough to receive a tennis skills session led by a local coach and then even had the chance to watch a match. Being so close to the action, they were able to see the power that some top female tennis players are able to produce - the telly doesn't do them justice! The ball goes so fast you have to be  watching carefully all the time or you miss it!! The children were thoroughly caught up in the tennis and followed the spectator etiquette to the letter. We had a thoroughly enjoyable morning.
