It has been a pleasure today and on Thursday of last week to see the children with their parents and carers building rivers in the grounds of The Flying Bull Academy.

Each class went out onto the playground to work with their parents and carers to build a model river while investigating how the various features of the rivers behaved. Equally the children were able to identify the technical parts of the river model (Meander, tributary, oxbow lake) which they had built.

They will all be expert geographers after their visit to Beaulieu this week!
