At The Flying Bull Academy we believe that celebrating the diversity of our local community and our country should be at the heart of the children's educational experience.
For that reason, we organise three 'Focus Weeks' a year. This does not mean it is the only time when issues of race, bullying, sexuality, gender and individuality are the focus for children, but it allows an even greater focus on the diversity of our community for a sustained period of time.
In the Autumn Term, Respect Week gives a focus on issues of similarities and difference, bullying and individuality.
In the Spring Term, One World Week looks closely at racial diversity in our community.
